A little about you...
* Degree in design or related field
* At least eight years of B2B design experience
* At least three years of management experience
* Have mastery of the following domains (as least two): graphic design, corporate branding, video production and editing, website design, illustration
* Must be comfortable collaborating with others, skilled at translating feedback into action
* Strong project manager skills; comfortable setting expectations with stakeholders
* Design experience across various formats, including print, web, video, email
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
* Creativity and ability to think differently a plus
* Knowledge of large corporate enterprises and visual identities that appeal to our audience
About the role...
* Lead and manage the organisation’s visual identity ensuring alignment with messaging
* Recommend and develop new visual brand standards and guidelines, including for any subsidiaries or acquired companies
* Manage and guide design team in numerous projects, including event collateral development, email marketing, digital ads, content marketing, and more
* Project manage/oversee design team outputs
* Be up-to-date on the latest design trends and styles
* Collaborate across departments to ensure teams access and use latest materials
* Collaborate across departments to create sales and CS enablement components, including proposals, slide templates, one-pagers, videos, and more
* Work closely with product marketing to ensure strong product and feature visual representation
* Maintain design aspects of corporate website
* Recommend visual content that complements marketing campaigns
* Guide design projects across various formats, including print, web, video, email
