We are currently recruiting for a Hotspot Data Analyst to work for Lincolnshire Police at their headquarters in Nettleham.You would be working Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week, working 08.30-16.30 Mon/Thur and 08.30-16.0 Friday with an element of Hybrid working. This is temporary ongoing position until March 2025

JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The role is Government funded, via the Home Office, as part of its Anti-social Behaviour (ASB) action plan and includes an element of violence reduction within a given location. The intention of the initiative is to increase uniformed presence within affected communities.
Undertake research and analytical work, with the aim of assisting the OPCC and Lincolnshire Police in their hotspot decision making with the aim of making Lincolnshire the safest place to live, work and visit. Collate data to produce evidence based reports that help identify and explain hotspot issues within the county, and work with the leadership team to develop guidance to inform patrolling plans.
It is expected that the Hotspot Analyst will always demonstrate the force values and work towards supporting delivery of the hotspot action plan.
