Working as part of a team to build mechanical systems and equipment from detailed engineering drawings, at our manufacturing facilities and at customer locations worldwide.
Reporting to Manufacturing Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Construction of mechanical systems and equipment to engineering drawings.
* Testing, fault-finding and diagnostics of mechanical equipment.
* Installation of systems and equipment at customer locations worldwide.
* Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative.
* To be able to prioritise and work to given timescales.
* To adhere to the company policies and procedures.
* To ensure quality standards are met.
* Hands-on experience of mechanical equipment assembly or machine building.
* Fault-finding and diagnostics skills.
* Have an advanced knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes.
* Experience of using hand and power tools.
Qualifications:
* City & Guilds qualification in Engineering discipline / apprentice trained.

* Professional manner, able to represent the company to a high standard.
* Ability and desire to travel worldwide and work overtime when required.

* MEWP & FLT qualification advantageous, training provided.
* Basic tool kit required, supplemented by company tool allowance scheme.
