They are looking for a Business Support Team Manager to join their team in Bristol on a permanent basis.
What you'll be doing
• Manage incoming calls and email queries from partners within SLA.
• Work closely with other business areas to help resolve their issues.
• Manage pricing requests and send pricing to partners.
• Supporting the field team to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

• Proven record in a similar role, with line management experience.
• Knowledge / interest in accessible vehicles.
