About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in providing operational support to various business functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize internal processes and workflows
* Identify areas for operational improvement and develop and implement effective solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
* Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures
* Provide project management support for key initiatives
* Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business operations
Requirements
* Proven experience in a business support or operations role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Proficient in data analysis and report generation
* Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in the fintech industry is desirable
