This is a on-site role based at Portsmouth, Stevenage, and Newport.
Travel between the sites will be required.
You will ideally have had previous experience as a communication Engineer
Your role
• Resolve Level 2 and 3 Telephony / Videoconferencing Oriented Incidents
• Respond to specific hardware or application requests.
• Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing Projects
• Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.
• Ensure the MCO of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure.
• Management of local team and sharing of skills.
Your profile
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco TOIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, Cisco SBS, VG2xx.), Webex, and Cisco video conferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip ...)
• Knowledge of VMware Suite and vSan
• Storage Knowledge of Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems
• Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols and WAN/LAN and security as well as system administration and PC environment would be a plus.
• Team Management/ People Skills.
