What will you be doing?
* Managing a portfolio of clients monthly payrolls
* Bookkeeping activities for a portfolio of client companies
* Onboarding of new suppliers and customers including vendor checks
* Assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts and cash forecasts
* Assisting in payment runs and bank reconciliations
* Assisting in the onboarding of new clients
* Filing of Companies House forms
* Liaising directly with clients and resolving queries and questions over the phone and via email
What experience do we need?
1. Previous payroll experience with autonomy of handling end to end payroll processing
