Position: Credit Controller
Employment Status: PAYE - Inside (IR35)
Start Date: 3rd June 2024
Duration: Initially 6 months, with potential for extension
Pay Rate: £28,254 annually (£14.69 per hour)
Location: Solihull Princes Way
Hours: 37 per week
Shifts: 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm (Mon - Fri)
Flexible Working: 2 days in office, 3 days remote (Tuesday mandatory office day)

Responsibilities:
* Conduct B2B debt collection in a fast-paced setting
* Effectively manage high volumes of debt with a focus on specific accounts
* Utilize essential skills such as credit control, debt book management, ledger reconciliation, cash chasing, and query resolution
Experience and Qualifications:
* Previous credit control experience preferred
* Desirable qualifications: CICM and CM certifications
* Proficiency in outbound call making
* Comfortable and confident engaging in phone communication
Interview Process:

* 1-hour duration including competency-based and scenario-based questions

* Proactive, competitive, and enthusiastic attitude
* Driven by success in collecting and securing payments
* Preference for phone communication over email
