No night shifts: You will work in a Panama shift pattern (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) but their Rota does not include any night shifts - the latest you will finish a shift is 6pm.
Early finishes on the weekends: You will work every other weekend as part of the shift pattern, but you will finish at 4pm on a Friday and 2pm on a Saturday and Sunday meaning you will get home in plenty of time to watch Gladiators or Countryfile!
Good overtime potential: Pay for your holidays each year with your overtime! The current team are earning around £5,000 per year for covering holidays and working additional hours for projects.
Investment in new equipment: There are a couple of new pieces of equipment being installed this year and there are plans for more to follow.

Mechanical fault-finding, diagnosis, and repairs.
Implementing and developing new processes to resolve faults and prevent repeat issues.
Ensuring all machines, processes and operations meet required standards.
Assisting electrical team on breakdowns.
