Currently, our Consulting Department is in search of the Operations Director of Odyss3y Accelerator, who will be responsible for guiding and managing a team.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Guide and manage a team to support the accelerator s operations, including the organization of cohorts, demo days, and events
* Financial Management: Direct financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure fiscal health
* Business Growth: Utilize business development skills and a vast network to create strategic partnerships and drive growth
* Marketing and Events: Oversee all marketing activities and spearhead the planning and execution of acceleration cohorts, demo days, and both online and offline events
* Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and other key stakeholders, enhancing our ecosystem s collaborative spirit
Requirements:
* Financial management expertise
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial, operational, or business development role within a Web3 or Web2 accelerator, including significant experience organizing acceleration cohorts, demo days, and events
* Success in business development, negotiations, and comprehensive marketing strategy implementation
* A robust network within the Web3, Web2, and startup ecosystems. A goal-oriented, rapid learner with a straightforward approach to tackling challenges
* Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams
* Master`s degree in a related field
