We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join the Corporate Affairs Team on a 12 month fixed term basis, working 30 hours a week for this professional organisation in Basingstoke. Working one day in the office - hours / days to be discussed.
The ideal candidate will have customer marketing communication experience, preferably gained from within the public sector or non-profit organisation however a more generalist background will be considered. The key duties for this role will be creating content and promoting the communities programmes and cost of living by using a multiple of channels including the website, letters and social media. The successful candidate will also be involved in quarterly service updates for customers, producing performance reports and taking part in campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with key stakeholders, listening to and understanding their communication requirements and providing them with expert support.
2. Producing and delivering creative, engaging content and campaigns for customers through multiple channels, including web, social media, email and SMS, direct mail and more.
3. Working to align customer communications with external and internal communications, and with the organisations strategy and values.
4. Managing and measuring the effectiveness of communications, including external benchmarking and best practice.
