Account Assistant Duties:
* Ensure all supplier invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner and approved by the appropriate manager
* Managing purchase and sales ledgers
* Processing payments and credit control
* Developing new reports within CRM systems
* Complete various balance sheet reconciliation to support the Management Accountant
* Processing VAT returns
* Aged debt reduction and reporting
* Various ad-hoc duties as required
Experience:
1. Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant
2. General accounting knowledge
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Proactive and shows initiative
5. Ability to work to deadlines
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Excellent knowledge of MS office and outlook
