Billing Analyst – Bracknell - £30,000 to £4000

Our client is on the hunt for a Billing Analyst to join our Finance Team. The Billing Analyst is key to the successful production of monthly Invoicing and ensuring the business delivers.
What does the role involve?
* Invoicing clients with monthly, quarterly, and annual services for rentals in advance and usage in arrears.
* Ensuring invoices are accurate with appropriate supporting documentation.
* Working with finance colleagues on reporting activities to ensure correct revenue and cost recognition.
* Reconciliation of supplier (carrier) telephony invoices and charges to contracts and rates in Affinity.
* Maintaining strong relationships with external customers as well as internal stakeholders.
* Solving problems and responding to queries.
* Creation of monthly information packs on trends and analysis for IPI Top 20 customers.
* Setting up projects within our Finance system.
* Providing billing information to Renewals Manager to enable renewals of existing contracts.
You will have the following skills and attributes:
* Telecoms billing systems experience is essential.
* Previous experience working with telephony billing is desirable.
* Proficient use of Excel skills (Pivot tables / VLOOKUPS).
* Comfortable working with large data sets and the ability to work and multitask to strict deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Methodical with a high attention to detail and an analytical mind.
* A team player with a willingness to help others.
