Are you an organised, process driven Senior Pensions Administrator? Do you have in house pensions experience? If so, this could be the perfect job for you! Our world leading client, with offices based in Bedford is looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join their busy team, to provide day-to-day administrative support to their members in a large in-house pension arrangement.
As a Senior Pensions Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:
Day to day administration in relation to the service provided to members.
Checking the accuracy of calculations and payments of benefits.
Processing non-standard cases with reference to Team Leader if necessary.
Handling of correspondence, email, and telephone enquiries from members and third parties.
Assisting with specialist project work as required.
Processing work in accordance with documented workflow procedures.
Complying with Company procedures and the requirements of the industry regulator.
Achieve set targets in line with internal service level agreements.
