What is involved in the Senior NAM role?
Management of existing and growing new accounts.
Lead role for the End User accounts.
Plan the annual account plan in line with the core objectives for the channel.
New Business Development - strategic and targeted to meet P&L objectives.
Leading the End User Team.
Work closely with New Product Development and Marketing teams.
Focusing on marketing led and quality driven activities.
Working closely with the Development team to understand the detail around product development.
Preparation of annual budgets around volumes, price point, costs and margins by product line.
