You will be supporting our team of consultants throughout the key stages of a project, working on several leading technical solutions and security packages. You will be part of our Design Team working alongside our experienced Revit, BIM and Design Consultants producing information in 2D & 3D which aligns with CornerStone project standards within our evolving BIM environment.Personal and career development is important to us, and you can expect our investment in you to include personalised development opportunities combined with a competitive salary and benefits.The primary tasks of the role include, but are not limited to: Participate in the preparation of schematic, technical and construction documentation required for technical and security projects Production & amendment of 3D drawings/models using Revit Production & amendment 2D drawings using AutoCAD Be able to review drawings to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards Coordinate working drawing information with related outsources and consultants/schedule/tagging help Perform routine drafting and technical tasks as required throughout the project duration General support role to Design Team & BIM Coordinator throughout projects Support on BIM-specific processes and proceduresThe consultant shall also be capable of:Knowledge of Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) and experience in Revit and be able to produce accurate and detailed information Be a team player with good communication skills, as you will be working with professionals across disciplines and with internal teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong collaborative and interpersonal abilityAbility to both multitask and be organisedCommitment to team successExpertise in time management and the ability to meet deadlinesAbility to understand technical drawings and plansAn interest in digital building services and security would be preferable although previous experience and knowledge are not a requirement as support and training will be provided Proficiency in the use of Revit, including models, familiar, tagging and scheduling Use and experience of BIM360 or AutoCAD Construction Cloud Working closely with all internal teams focusing on efficient project delivery and ensuring effective communication is maintained during the delivery projects Working under pressure and multi-tasking to achieve project and client timelines, satisfying client expectations and having good time and workload management skillsThe above description details the role’s core activities and is not inclusive of all duties required as a team member, a team member will be required to undertake other duties and responsibilities to support the business objectives as directed.We believe in recruiting, retaining, rewarding and developing all our employees based on their commitment and their overall contribution.
