Working on a leading retail park with multiple clients based on site you will be supporting with all things IT. Reporting into the IT manager you will be the first point of contact for any issue on site with colleagues and clients for all things hardward/software.
Key duties will include:
* To provide technical support in the installation, upgrading and maintenance of the EPOS software environment. Escalate problems as required to resolution
* To provide technical support for both client server and peer to peer networks, internet connections and email systems.
* To liaise with suppliers of maintenance and support services where appropriate to ensure the repair or maintenance of computer systems.
* To provide IT hardware and software support including hardware repairs and redundant kit disposal; routine system, hardware and software maintenance; testing, installation and configuration of new hardware and software in a Network environment.
