Global E&C have a requirement for a Training Coordinator to join our busy offshore resourcing team on a fulltime basis in Aberdeen.
As Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the learning and competency development for the construction function.
Your regular duties will include:
* Maintaining the company’s competency program.
* Ensuring training certification is issued and processed as required by filing certificates and updating training information in the data system.
* Supporting the formulation of training policies, programs and schedules based on knowledge of identified training needs.
* Liaising with key offshore personnel to manage and maintain compliance targets in relation to training and competence.
* Ensuring Minimum Safe Manning Licenses requirements are compliant, including booking of required trainings for the applications’ submissions, as well as liaising with the different agents in a timely manner for the endorsements.
* Liaising with training providers to ensure quality of services is delivered.
* Scheduling training courses, make arrangements for accommodation and transport.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
* Proven operational experience in training and competency.
* Background in Training, HSE or HR fields.
* Prioritisation skills.
