Role Overview:
The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced and talented MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales professional poised to advance in their career. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in defining and developing a robust sales strategy for the resort, maximising new business opportunities in the MICE market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and proactively manage existing and new prospect MICE accounts within the territory, achieving total account growth and new business sales targets.
2. Plan and execute bi-monthly telesales campaigns to generate new prospect business from the region.
3. Ensure the successful delivery of a targeted programme of Familiarisation events for the resort.
4. Stay updated on market knowledge of both our clients portfolio and regional competitor hotels to identify advantages and gain market share.
