RM Recruit Ltd is working in partnership with a fantastic business who are based close to the Jewellery Quarter and are seeking a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. Our client is a dynamic and growing business and as a key player in their industry, they are committed to maintaining financial excellence and sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a strong background in finance, particularly within the construction sector and/or working with local authorities. This role will be on-site five days per week, ensuring close collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to implement effective financial processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Process Improvement: Develop and implement robust financial processes and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
