Are you a motivated and experienced Administrator, who is looking for a busy and varied role?
We are working with a fantastic client based in Belper who are looking to hire an Administrator on a temporary basis initially. The main purpose of the role is to provide admin support and to ensure any requests can be actioned smoothly by all divisions.
To be considered for the Administrator role, you’ll require the following essentials:
* Similar experience in an Administration environment
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner. You will have experience within an administration role & environment. Having the ability to work and meet deadlines will also be an advantage. Having an NVQ 3 in Business Administration would also be a bonus for this role!
Within this team, you’ll also be:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors as well as handling incoming calls
2. Supporting senior members of staff with weekly checks to ensure deadlines are met
3. Postal duties including delivery notes and liaising with couriers
4. Managing and creating jobs on internal system
5. Raising and filing purchase orders accordingly
6. Ensuring that all processes are actioned in a timely manner on the CRM system
