Job Description
Own all actions and follow-up tasks for contracted service offerings globally.
Service Contract Management
* Be the service contract subject matter expert helping to develop the company’s competitive customer value proposition
* Lead allocated projects from pre-sales to handover to Project Managers
* Understand each customer and the individual requirements of the project
* Suggest creative and custom project-specific solutions for complex customer situations
* Minimise risk and maximise margins and customer satisfaction
* Closely collaborate with other Sales and service contract experts in the team
* Support contract negotiations, own timelines, deadlines and signatures
* Act as the main contact between HQ and sales regions for strategic projects
* Support prioritisation of projects that are selected for follow-up
* Work with Sales Managers to ensure customers are kept fully updated
* Free up current and potential bottlenecks by speaking with department leads
Continuous Improvement
* Input into the Strategic Project Review (SPR) process within the overall Sales process
* Consider filter criteria and what is considered ‘strategic’, suggesting improvements
* Provide recommendations to update contract standards
* Recommend training for Regional Sales Managers
* Provide feedback on LOA process
* Suggest changes in IT systems where necessary
* Create/contribute to guidelines, processes and training material
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working with service concepts within asset management
* Significant contract management experience, with an emphasis on service contracts ideally
* Contract negotiation experience
* Strong knowledge of customer contracts
* Strong understanding of the legalities involved in contracts within the industry is strongly preferred
* Clean UK driving licence

Location: Remote within the UK - there is also an office in Cambridgeshire.
Flexible Working: You can work remotely or work from the office. There is flexibility with start and end times.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Travel: Travel to Germany once a month (2-4 days), with travel to other international locations as required.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.
