This unique establishment has a casual dining restaurant open for light lunches, a more formal restaurant offering a full a la carte menu and they hold a Dining Club with a wine paired meal accompanied by live music.

Professional team in place
The menus are all prepared using local, seasonal produce and the menus change seasonally. The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have previous experience within a rosette awarded kitchen and feel passionately about cooking with fresh, local produce.
