A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST AT HILTON GARDEN INN STOKE-ON-TRENT
What youll be doing...
Reporting to the Front Office Supervisor, you can expect your working day to include the following.
1. Assisting with the day to day operation of the reception desk as required and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently being delivered to our guests.
2. Identifying customer service problems or issues before they arise.
3. Displaying a positive, friendly and informal manner with customers.
4. Showing a sense of urgency on behalf of customers and actions requests quickly.
5. Undertaking work in a well-organised and systematic way.
6. Working effectively with colleagues and other departments.
7. Striving for excellence by paying attention to important detail.
8. Ensuring promises are kept by following through on customers requests.
9. Maximising sales opportunities...
