Direct Sales Support - Salary Starting at £25,000.
12 Month Fixed Term Contract – Potential to go Permanent.

If so, we have some fantastic opportunities due to continued growth within the Direct Health Team to join our Private Medical Insurance, Customer Retention and Service Team.
A bit about the job:
You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service to existing customers on the phone, live chat and via email, you will take ownership of cases, maximising full potential and ensuring that each customer’s individual needs are met.
This is an entry level position with a clear route to develop into a higher-grade role within the department. Over time you will build on your knowledge of our products, gain a greater understanding of our customers, take on additional responsibilities, go through further training and eventually pass an accreditation which will enable you to make recommendations to our customers.
You will join the team and help us to offer a phenomenal service to our customers through effective listening and questioning to identify customer’s needs. You will hold the required knowledge and confidence to successfully overcome customer’s objections or concerns to reach the desired outcome.
You will be required to work between the hours of Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00.
Aviva operates a “smart-working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office, and this role is based in; Eastleigh.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Excellent communication skills (influencing, rapport building, negotiation, empathy) both verbal and written which enable the individual to present a credible professional image.
Drive and ambition to progress, an ability to communicate with people at all levels, able to work on own initiative.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, decision-making skills, negotiation / influencing skills, and a tenacity to pursue cases in difficult, challenging circumstances.
Ability to share ideas, skills, and knowledge with colleagues.
Validated ability to take care of difficult customers by telephone in a compassionate manner.

Starting Salary £25,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
