As an Auditor/Lift Surveyor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Conducting surveys of lifts in the portfolio twice a year, ensuring regular intervals are maintained.
* Carrying out comprehensive surveys that cover maintenance quality, emergency autodial unit function, lift performance, customer concerns, insurance items, health and safety liabilities, and performance and reliability upgrades.
* Updating clients on any obsolete parts and advising on equipment that is coming to the end of its life.
* Completing standard template reports on-site.
* Collaborating with the sales team to ensure accurate cost issuance to clients.
* Liaising with the maintenance team to highlight maintenance and insurance defects.
Requirements & Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
* Lift qualification NVQ or equivalent (ERO202).
* Knowledge of various lift equipment, both old and new.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
* A team player with great communication skills.
