Job Title: Content Strategist

Summary:
We’re looking for a content expert to support the Help Center content team for a 12 month contract. This role is specifically focused on providing scaled help and support content for our client's platforms used by companies and work customers.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience in digital content management, content strategy, project management, and data-informed decision making.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with product, marketing, operations and legal teams to create content for product launches
* Explain complicated product and policy concepts in simple, jargon-free language
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting tight, frequently changing deadlines
* Undertaking hands-on research to obtain often technical content from subject matter experts and engineers, translating it into clear, concise, structured documentation
Minimum Qualifications
Good professional writing experience (especially within help and support content, editorial quality assurance, online operations at a tech company, technical writing).
Preferred Qualifications
* Project management experience, with the ability to work through ambiguity and manage competing priorities
* Content Writing or editing
* Working with CMS systems, digital content
* XML Skills, HTML ,Project management
* Experience Working cross functionally
* Ability to work independently.
* Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate given information relative to content techniques.
