Due to the continued success and expansion of the company's property portfolio, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Loss Prevention Manager to lead the start-up and development of a Loss Prevention function for Pavers within our Operations Department. This is a permanent full-time role.
The role reports to the Operations Consultant and is based at our Head Office in York with occasional need to travel throughout the U.K.
The initial aim is to evaluate the Loss Prevention needs of the business to determine the areas of risk regarding loss of company Stock, Cash and Assets. From this you will introduce Loss Prevention Policies, Procedures and Reporting to mitigate risk and loss. You'll not be afraid to get hands on and will enjoy digging into the detail.
This is a broad and open remit that would suit someone with experience of Retail Loss Prevention, who can use their knowledge and experience to implement best practices. It will require an inquisitive mindset and an ability to work cross functionally with Retail Operations, Warehouse and Head Office functions, to identify risk and put controls and monitoring in place, writing, implementing and embedding policies and procedures to keep risk managed.
