This helps our clients feel empowered on their path to prosperity.We are looking for two Client Administrators to join our Team in Warwick.The Client Administration Team is responsible for the day-to-day support and servicing of our clients. Main duties: The role will see you working closely with the Client Service Manager and established team of Administrators and Advisers to provide an integral function to the wider team. Client Administration Support and Servicing to include: Be the first point of contact for both client and adviser, dealing and responding to queries within agreed timescalesManage the adviser diary, booking in client meetings and adding to all associated calendarsDeal with all new emails within 24 hrs of receipt within your own and the Adviser’s outlook accounts. Take action where required either by email or a telephone call making clear concise notes in the client database of the outcome where it relates to a case or client. Liaise with advisers and colleagues in other teams as required to ensure excellent client outcomes are deliveredConduct regular meetings with advisers to keep them informed and updated on cases and clientsProcessing and chasing new business Assist with the daily telephone answering within the team. Accurately update and maintain information on the back-office system Liaising with providers to obtain fund values/unit prices/transaction statements Liaising with clients and providers Raise invoices where required, and ensure all remuneration records are correct, actively chasing Providers and Clients where remuneration is outstanding To comply at all times with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures of the Company. Action post in and out, sort, prioritise on receipt, scan and refer to appropriate colleague as and when applicable within acceptable time scales. Prioritise and action all activity entries allocated for your clients taking into consideration all the work being undertaken for the clients allocated to you. Be initiative taking and proactive in identifying where action is requiredPreparation for client meetings within agreed timescales following the Company’s Procedures to include all meeting pack documentation. Experience needed:Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of financial service administration A strong level of technical and industry knowledge with a wide range of financial products and services Confident using Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn new systems and processes. Strong time management and prioritisation skills Good written and verbal communication skills.
