What will you be doing
To develop and implement emergency response plans
Responsible for ensuring the training of the Emergency Response Teams reach the required levels.
To maintain a comprehensive training matrix and program with accessible certification for audit purposes.
Coordinate with the Emergency Services to ensure seamless response to emergencies.
Full compliance with current relevant regulations, standards and laws.
Manage the ERT and all associated equipment, including breathing apparatus (servicing, maintenance, certification and compliant training).
Become knowledgeable of all Plant fire safety systems and equipment.
Additional governance requirements as requested.
What we are looking for
JOIFF Accredited Incident Control (Not essential if applicant is/was a Fire Station Commander)
Graduate of the Institute of Fire Engineers
Fire Investigation
There is also some must haves
Must be able to pass BS7858 screening.
Clean full UK driving license. (No more than 6 penalty points)
Enhanced DBS.
Some government sites will require further screening.
