To support this continued success and growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an experienced senior HR practitioner. The role of Head of HR and HR Business Partnering will work alongside senior key stakeholders to increase overall business capability and performance to meet the organisation’s strategic objectives. The post holder will embed, deliver and strengthen a full range of people solutions across the full remit of business activity. The role reports into the Chief People Officer and will be responsible for leading the HR team.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Act as a strategic Business Partner with key stakeholder to develop and deliver the People Agenda.
2. Be the strategic and operational lead on the full range of people solutions including: Culture; Resourcing and Talent; Employee Relations; Learning and Development; ED&I; Performance Management; HR Digitialisation; and Reward.
3. Support the CPO in the empowerment of managers and leaders in the business to increase overall business capability and performance.
