Pay to Purchase/Accounts Payable Administrator duties:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
* Working closely with logistics and sales team.
* Handle the processing of stock invoices and ensure alignment with orders.
* Verify the accuracy of invoices/documentation from suppliers prior to submission to relevant parties like banks and clearing agents.
* Coordinate with the Merchandising Department regarding supplier orders as necessary.
