Office Manager/Team Coordinator
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of our office and will have the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the office.Organize and schedule appointments.Maintain an organized filing system.Manage office supplies and inventory.Manage and maintain office equipment.Manage and maintain office budget.
Experience:
Experience in office management.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPointAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
