As a Balustrade Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our balustrade products. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and close deals. We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Some of your key responsibilities would include:
Business Development:
* Proactively identify and target potential clients within the construction, architecture, and real estate sectors.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
* Develop a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Sales and Negotiation:
* Engage with clients to present our balustrade solutions effectively.
* Understand client requirements and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales.
Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
* Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
* Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve them.
* Regularly update sales reports and CRM, track progress, and communicate results to management.
Market Insights and Feedback:
* Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
* Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.

* £42,000 OTE, with uncapped commission
