My client is a global financial services firm looking to hire someone into their corporate governance team to cover a maternity leave on a 12 month fixed term contract. They had someone lined up who has let them down so this is a very urgent requirement.
The Corporate Governance Manager will be responsible for managing the internal governance framework across the entire firm and coordinating meetings for the entire Executive Management Committee as well as working closely with the CEO. The role will review all materials prepared for all boards and committees as well as supporting all relevant stakeholders in ensuring all regulatory and legal filings are carried out correctly.
The overall team is very international and based across a number of their offices. They support all of the key stakeholders in the business and drive a lot of company strategy.
The business is recognised as an excellent employer and alongside excellent quality work they offer really good flexibility and fantastic co workers.
They would ideally like someone with banking, FX or payments experience but will consider wider financial services as well.
Please do share your CV ASAP if you'd like to considered or contact Tom Boulderstone on tgb@barclaysimpson.com for further details.
