9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Based in Camberley and at Surrey sites
The Role
It’s a challenging role. It needs high levels of emotional intelligence as well as a practical and adaptable approach to issues that arise on our sites. Our Client Protection Managers are responsible for the running of a portfolio of sites and need to have great communication skills. You will be the face of the company for both our officers and our clients, making operationally critical decisions daily. One minute you may be updating a demanding client on recent events and the next, offering support or training to our front line staff. This is a role for someone who likes variety and has the commercial acumen to manage expectations and delivery for both staff and clients. We aim to build long lasting relationships by demonstrating that we deliver to consistently high standards and we can adapt to any change in threat level.
The successful Client Protection Manager embraces our values, is a great communicator, equally at ease with our clients as they are with managing our officers. They are organised, can delegate to team leaders on each site, be supportive and fair but sets standards which reflect the difference between us and our competitors.
