Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Sellick Partnership have been engaged to recruit a Group Payroll Manager for a well-established and growing business based in Warrington. The company has gone through a sustained period of growth in recent times and as a result an exciting opportunity has opened up within the payroll team. This is a forward-thinking role where you will have the opportunity to shape the payroll team as well as implementing new processes and procedures across the payroll department.
You will have full ownership and responsibility of the review of current processes, understand the need and areas for improvement and ensure developments are in the line in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the payroll processing.
You will work closely with the FD and the wider Senior Leadership Team to understand which processes need improving urgently to ensure your team can carry out their payroll duties accurately.

Role & Responsibilities:
Managing the payroll processes for multiple entities
Automate processes where possible
Implement and drive improvements across the department
Lead the team to deliver accurate and effective payroll system
Work collaboratively to coach and influence your team The ideal Payroll Manager will have:
Have a senior payroll background
Experience delivering on projects
Leading and managing a team to success
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
