The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager (GM) and supported by the LGH Regional Director of Sales, the Director of New Business Sales will play a pivotal role in identifying and driving targeted new business sales opportunities to achieve the hotel's annual budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the GM and commercial functions to define and drive a pro active sales culture and strategy within the hotel
* Plan and execute new business sales generation activities within a defined territory/market – London.
* Proactively prospect new business and optimize sales opportunities driving the achievement of key budgeted segments.
* Identify and execute new opportunities within key segments to drive pipeline business
* Consistently benchmark relevant markets and product knowledge for targeted customer acquisition.
