Hunter Adams is dleighted to be supporting our client, Aberdeen Performing Arts, with sourcing an enthusiastic and driven People Coordinator to assist their Head of People and Culture with delivering a highly engaging employee experience. The People Coordinator will be responsible for providing high quality and accurate first-line support and guidance to employees and managers, and undertake all HR administration/coordination duties.
In this role you will:
* Be responsible for all administration activities relating to the full employee life cycle including production of job offers, employment contracts, variations of contracts and associated paperwork
* Maintain acurate and up to date all people related data on the HRIS
* Manage the administration processes to support witht the onboarding of new employees
* Provide administration support for HR activities and projects including recruitment, absence reporting, leave entitlements, training, learning and development, and internal communications
* Assist with the creation, review and maintenance of policies and procedures
* Maintain and coordinate learning and development records, coordinating training courses and learning opportunities
* Provide data, insights and reporting to support decision making for managers, leadership team and board
As People Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering an engaging and quality service. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of how to create a fantastic people experience, have great communication skills, and be particularly interested in how to create a fantastic people experience.
