Business Change Manager:
We're seeking a driven Business Change Manager to lead assigned projects within a program, ensuring a smooth and impactful transition for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Change Initiatives: Proactively manage change across projects, ensuring clear communication of impact, future benefits, and project progress.
* Drive User Adoption: Champion the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. Develop strategies to prepare impacted employees and minimize resistance.
* Deliver Business Outcomes: Play a pivotal role in achieving program goals by overseeing effective change management.
* Conduct Change Impact Analysis: Perform "as-is" assessments of current processes, technology, and governance. Identify the "to-be" state and bridge the gap through comprehensive analysis.
* Optimize Change Processes: Define changes needed in processes, procedures, and practices to achieve desired outcomes.
* Mitigate Risk & Resistance: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation tactics. Proactively manage anticipated resistance to change.
* Embed & Sustain Change: Foster long-term adoption of new technologies, processes, and governance structures to deliver lasting results.
This is a Global role and will require regular travel to various global locations to ensure that all change activity is conveyed, embraced and embedded across all regions. The role will be based in London, when not travelling and require some presence onsite, on a hybrid basis. Please be within commutable distance to central London.
