Account and Marketing Manager
MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
Account Management - to grow business with our resale customers through excellent customer relations, dispute resolution, upsells and cross-sells and provide valuable insights into customer buying behaviour. To show our resale customers the value of our products.
Marketing - to oversee the marketing efforts of our company and products. Working with key internal stakeholders and our external marketing agency to increase revenue and drive customer interest.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
1. Responsible for implementing distributor price list updates and managing the changes with our resale customers and internal stakeholders.
2. Producing product specification sheets and internal product literature such as used equipment memos.
3. Managing our Web chat facility and dealing with small order sales enquiries via our website
4. Providing on site sales cover including providing quotes to new customers
5. Providing proactive account management including customer visits and training on products
6. Building long-term relationships with customers based on trust, respect and values
7. Communicating with our resale customers to understand their needs and provide details on the value of our products
