EPC Procurement Manager - Wind

Experienced EPC Procurement Manager required to drive key strategic procurement activities for international projects in the Renewable Energy Market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and proven track record in renewable energy project procurement, project and commercial management and supply management. Responsibilities:
* Timely delivery of purchasing budgets for commodities
* Coordination with sales and project management departments
* Guarantee quality and accuracy of procurement scope
* Develop cost-effective strategies for purchasing commodities
* Develop relationships with EPC suppliers
* Developer standard EPC interface document for contracts
* Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking
* Develop risk management procedures to mitigate losses
* Supervise purchasing team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant commercial qualification
* Minimum 5 years experience managing renewable energy project procurement
* Knowledge in project management, commercial management and supply management
* Experience with EPC procurement is essential
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Excellent communication in English
