* Marketing activity to develop leads (trade shows, exhibitions, marketing literature, etc.)
* Write bids and proposals to turn those leads into orders
* To be a pivotal point of contact for the pre-sale customer, working in close alignment with all supporting departments and functions internally
* Establish and deliver a robust project plan in accordance with the customer to hand over to the project management team once an order has been secured
* Use market knowledge to anticipate change and help the business to adapt and seize commercial opportunities
* Achieving favourable commercial terms on orders
