Duties and Responsibilities
* Advise to Senior Business stakeholders, using insights and analytics to support the business and wider people strategy.
* Oversight on employee relationships.
* Advising on complex issues using HR knowledge.
Skills and Experience Required
* Stakeholder management- experience partnering with various business areas.
* Ability to effectively manage complex issues.
* Good all-round experience of HR systems, practices and policies.
* Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
