We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Temporary Administrator to join our client's team in Edinburgh. This is a full-time position based in their regional office. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering calls from suppliers, stores within the organisation, and customers
* Inputting supplier invoices onto the system
* Raising credits to stores and customers
* Checking customer invoices against store purchase orders for errors
* Chasing debits
