Location: Can be based anywhere in UK, however if located near a site office, 2 days in the office hybrid

Youll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to uphold the organizations professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management: Oversee and manage TUPE and change programs, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to legal requirements.
2. Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of People Ops/ TUPE & Change Specialists across the UK and Ireland.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key departments, including HR, Operational Delivery, Recruitment, Training, Workforce Management, and Payroll.
