The day-to-day responsibilities for this role will be to oversee NPI/NPD production processes and implement new processes with the overall goal to achieve quality, reliability, and productivity. The successful person will work alongside the continuous improvement team and assist with training staff on new processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing/industrial/workshop environment, have a working understanding of control, and be keen to progress their career.

The Role:
1. Manufacturing/Process Engineer
2. Working with a team to resolve process issues and identify areas for improvement
3. Actively working on NPI/NPD projects
4. Ensuring regulatory requirements and standards are met
The Person:
1. Manufacturing Engineer/Process Engineer/Production Engineer/Applications Engineer experience
2. Experience working in a Manufacturing environment (Aerospace, Special Metals, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Chemicals, Medical)
3. Working knowledge and experience of control within manufacturing
4. Extensive knowledge of mechanical principles (qualifications ideally)
