Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with out clients out in Penicuik to welcome a maternity cover Finance Manager to their team. This role will be working closely with the Head of Finance and will support 3 junior employees.
Responsibilities
* A key part of finance team and inputs into monthly, quarterly and annual results reporting with accompanying analysis of results for the business for their UK division.
* Produce and report month end procedures
* Support the Purchase Ledger and transactional finance function
* Highlight areas that may need to be improved to generate efficiency in the services and controls and continue to develop these to maintain up to date and relevant for everyone in the team
* Ensure all documentations are up to date and relevant
* Ensure you and the team comply with the company’s standards
* Be a leader and one that continues to drive performance and continue to find ways to improve strategies.
* Complete financial accounting and forecasting
* Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
Qualifications
* Qualified (ACCA/ICAS/CIMA)
* Experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong stakeholder management
* Experience in manufacturing or supply chain backgrounds preferred.
