Description
* Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
* Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
* Assist with performance management procedures.
* Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain the team's agenda.
* Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
* Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
* Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
* Support other assigned functions of the HR department.
Profile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
