Adecco is currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced administrator and receptionist to join a dynamic organisation committed to providing outstanding support to individuals with disabilities. As an Administrator/Receptionist you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative functions and providing a welcoming reception service.
Location: Liverpool
Salary: 22-23k per annum
Type: full-time, Monday- Friday schedule
Skills and experience:
* Relevant office experience in an administrative capacity, including setting up and operating administrative systems.
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in a reception role with the ability to provide a welcoming and efficient reception service.
* Ability to prioritise, good time management and working to deadlines.
* Experience in using MS Office packages, spreadsheets, and databases.
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Understanding of GDPR procedures
* Positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to get involved in a range of tasks as required.
